Terms of Purchase

1. General

The following conditions apply to Agdersveis AS (seller), unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

2. Offer and Price

The seller reserves the right to change offers, prices, and any discounts without notice. The agreement is binding for both parties when the buyer has sent their order to the seller, with the exception of when signifiacnt price errors are shown online. In the event of such an error, Agdersveis reserves the right to pause the order until an agreement between Agdersveis and the client has been made. Agdersveis shall inform the client immedeately in such an event.  

Unless otherwise stated, prices given in the offer are valid for 30 days from the offer date. The seller reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in exchange rates, purchase prices, customs duties, taxes, international commodity prices, or other conditions beyond the seller’s control. Prices are exclusive of 25% VAT.

3. Payment Terms

For established credit relationships, our payment terms are net 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to calculate late payment interest in accordance with the law of December 17, 1976, no. 100 on interest on late payments, etc. (the late payment interest law).

4. Delivery

The delivery time applies from the date the order is technically clarified with the seller. Immediately after the order is accepted, the seller shall confirm the order and notify of any deviations from the buyer’s specifications, quantities, and delivery time. The delivery time is stated to the best of our knowledge, and we reserve the right to changes due to circumstances beyond our control.

The goods shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Upon request, we arrange transport and transport insurance at the customer’s expense.

5. Delays

If a delivery is delayed or prevented due to strike, lockout, blockade, export or import ban, non-delivery from the seller’s supplier, transport difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the seller has no responsibility for such delay. This also applies if the delay or hindrance occurs at the end of the agreed delivery time.

6. Return of Goods

Returns can only be made with the consent of Agdersveis AS. The invoice number, date, and reason for return must be provided. The goods must be in original condition without any damage.

All products in the online store are available unless otherwise stated. Transport costs must be considered as additional costs and will be either added to the invoice when the order is shipped from our warehouse, or be invoiced to the end client directly.
